U.S. State Privacy Notice
California (CCPA/CPRA) disclosures and how residents of other U.S. states can exercise privacy rights.
Effective October 19, 2026 · Last updated October 19, 2026
Scope
This notice supplements the Privacy Notice for residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws. It is structured by state so additional state addenda can be added. We offer the request process below to all U.S. residents, regardless of which law applies.
Categories collected (last 12 months)
Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); customer records (company, billing details); commercial information (plans, invoices); internet activity (pages, interactions); geolocation (trip and route locations entered in MARKETR OS; approximate location from IP); audio (voice features, when enabled); professional information (role, employer); and inferences limited to service personalization. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.
Purposes
The business and commercial purposes listed in the Privacy Notice: providing and securing the service, billing, support, communications, analytics and advertising measurement with consent, and legal compliance.
Sources
You, your employer or the business using MARKETR OS, your device, and our service providers.
Recipients
Service providers and contractors (hosting, AI processing, email, payments, communications, analytics). With consent, advertising measurement (Meta). Authorities when legally required.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. Meta Pixel advertising measurement, if you consent, may be "sharing" under California law. Opt out on Privacy Choices; we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing. We do not knowingly sell or share information of consumers under 16.
Retention
As described in the Privacy Notice, based on account lifetime, legal record-keeping requirements and security needs.
Your rights
Depending on your state: know/access, delete, correct, portability, opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising, limit use of sensitive information, and appeal a denied request.
How to submit a request
Email hello@marketr.ca with your name, the email you use with MARKETR and your request. You may use an authorized agent with written permission. We verify requests by matching information we hold and respond within 45 days (extendable as permitted). To appeal, reply to our decision with "Appeal"; you may contact your state attorney general if the appeal is denied.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny service, charge different prices or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
Other state addenda
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with comparable laws may use the same request process and appeal path.
