The agreement between you and Marketr when you use the platform.
Acceptance
By using Marketr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Marketr.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping credentials secure.
Acceptable use
No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access without written permission.
No impersonation of a business or person.
No unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or abusive content.
User content
You retain rights in the content you submit and grant Marketr a licence to display it on the platform.
Business listings
Public business information may appear on Marketr. Owners may claim, correct, or request removal of their listing subject to our verification process.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers
Marketr is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted, Marketr's aggregate liability is limited as set out in the final version of these Terms.
Governing law
British Columbia, Canada, unless a mandatory local law applies.
