Plans and prices (CAD)

MARKETR Website: $750 CAD one-time build + $25/month. Not part of the Founding 100 offer.

MARKETR OS: $99/month Founding 100 rate; standard rate $149/month.

MARKETR Complete: $750 CAD one-time build + $129/month Founding 100 rate; standard rate $179/month.

Founding 100

The Founding 100 rate is limited to the first 100 eligible companies or operators. The founding rate stays locked while the qualifying account remains active, subject to the final launch terms shown at checkout. If the account is cancelled or lapses, the standard rate applies to any later subscription.

Usage allowances

Plans include monthly AI and communications allowances. Usage is not unlimited. Additional usage is available through paid add-on or overage packs at the rates shown before purchase. We will notify you as you approach your allowance.

Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST or U.S. sales tax), which are calculated and shown at checkout.

Billing authorization and auto-renewal

By subscribing, you authorize MARKETR and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for the one-time build fee (if any) and the monthly fee on each renewal date. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. The total, renewal frequency and cancellation method are shown before you confirm.

Renewal and change notices

We will give advance written notice before any price increase or material change to a subscription takes effect, and you may cancel before it does. Where provincial or state law requires renewal reminders or specific notice periods — including British Columbia's subscription-contract rules — we follow them.

Cancellation

You can cancel online from your account billing area where available, or by emailing hello@marketr.ca. Cancellation is as easy as signing up, and we confirm it in writing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period, then the service ends.

Refunds

Refunds are handled as set out in your order form and as required by law. Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights you have under consumer protection law.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we will notify you and retry. Continued non-payment may lead to suspension after notice.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect when confirmed. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal unless agreed otherwise.
