How MARKETR AI, voice features and automated messages work, and your consent and opt-out choices.

AI assistance

MARKETR uses AI to answer questions and assist with tasks you request. Responses can be wrong, outdated or incomplete. They are not professional advice. Review AI output before you rely on it.

Human confirmation

AI does not confirm bookings or take consequential operational actions on its own. A person must review and confirm bookings, quotes, messages and similar actions.

Microphone and voice

Voice features only listen after you grant microphone permission and start a session; any wake-word feature will be disclosed and require opt-in before use. We tell you when audio is being captured, streamed or transcribed, and you can stop at any time. Voice is not used to authenticate you.

Recording and transcripts

Where a call or voice session is recorded or transcribed, participants are notified at the start, and recording is used only where consent has been obtained as the law requires. The website consultation does not store raw audio.

Provider processing

Text and audio are processed by AI providers listed in the Subprocessor List under their terms, and retained only as needed to provide the feature, secure the service and meet legal duties, then deleted.

Transactional versus marketing messages

Transactional messages (booking confirmations, receipts, account and service notices) are sent to deliver the service. Marketing messages are sent only with consent where required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. TCPA, and with CAN-SPAM-compliant identification and opt-out.

Identification and opt-out

Every commercial message identifies the sender, includes contact information, and offers an unsubscribe mechanism. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out and HELP for help. Opt-outs are honoured promptly and within legal deadlines (10 business days at the latest).

Outbound calling

MARKETR does not place automated or AI-voiced outbound marketing calls.
