How to delete a MARKETR account and what happens to your data.

Request deletion
Account owners can request deletion from account settings where available or by emailing hello@marketr.ca from the account email. We verify the request before deleting.
What is deleted
Your account, profile and sign-in identifiers. Company data is deleted after any export period, per the DPA.
What we keep
Records we must keep by law (such as invoices and tax records) and limited security logs, for the required period only.
Team members
If your account belongs to a business, your administrator may also remove you. Data the business controls is handled under its instructions.
