Data Processing Addendum
Terms for MARKETR's processing of customer personal data in MARKETR OS.

Roles
Customer is the controller (or organization responsible) for personal data it submits; MARKETR is processor/service provider and processes it only on Customer's documented instructions.
Scope
Staff, driver, customer and passenger contact data, bookings, trips and locations, messages, call data and related records, for the duration of the subscription.
Service-provider commitments
MARKETR will not sell or share customer data, use it outside the direct business relationship, or combine it with other data except as permitted by law to provide the service.
Confidentiality and security
Personnel are bound by confidentiality. MARKETR maintains the safeguards described in Security & Trust.
Subprocessors
Customer authorizes the subprocessors on the Subprocessor List. We will give notice of new subprocessors and an opportunity to object.
Assistance
MARKETR will reasonably assist Customer with individual rights requests, assessments and regulator inquiries.
Breach notification
MARKETR will notify Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a breach affecting customer data, with information Customer needs to meet its obligations.
Transfers
Data may be processed in Canada, the United States and provider locations listed in the Subprocessor List, under appropriate safeguards.
Return and deletion
On termination, Customer may export its data; MARKETR then deletes it within a reasonable period unless retention is legally required.
